Permitting the request, Justice Madaan included that the criminal protestation and request issuing headings to the police headquarters to enlist FIR against the candidate for offenses under Sections 120-B, 406 and 420 of the IPC, other than auxiliary procedures emerging out of it, were requested to be subdued.
